My name is Austin Bond, I live in Amarillo Texas and this is my background and who I am.

I have not always been a horse person, at one point in my life I’m not sure I could have told you what a horse was. I was heavily involved in sports along with living in town. That all changed in the year 2008 when my family and I lived in Iowa and I got my first horse for my Christmas present that year. After that it just took off and horses came natural and easy to me. I started showing and roping that next year at local shows along with making my first youth world. Jump a few years ahead my family is very involved in horses and the horse lifestyle. I became an AQHYA Director and National Officer along with my parents buying the late and great Smart Chic Olena.  After my youth years I college rodeoed for one year at Fort Scott Community College before deciding I like the show life style better. I then transferred to Kansas State University where I studied business before transferring to West Texas University for Animal Science where I found my true passion. There at West Texas University I got connected with some great mentors one being Dr. Gregg Veneklasen at Timber Creek Equine. While shadowing him I learned that I didn’t want to be a vet, but I did want to do something large animal and science based. Which is where I learned and found the passion and love for doing ICSI. When founding that love and passion and a vision to make ICSI more accessible to people my family and I started our own ICSI lab where I have learned from Dr. Trevor Bond who is a Human IVF doctor, LSU department of Theriogenology (Reproduction) along with Dr. Lotte StrØbech who has created multiple ICSI media companies and is a world reknowned consultant and trainer in the field of ICSI.

Now as much as I love horses today it is not all of my life. I am a big traveler, outdoorsman and adventurer. I am currently also working on my diving instructor certifications , along with having my scientific diving requirements to one day figure out how to add and use the technology of ICSI to help diminishing oceanic life be restored to healthy levels. Along with my love for the ocean and diving you can find me on the slopes skiing or going hiking or hunting to keep me, my mind, and my focus fresh and sharp.
